Please make sure you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions below, before placing an order with us.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds can only be given if you have a receipt for the items you wish to return. Please make sure you have all your receipts of purchase and add a covering letter explaining what the problem is and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. A copy of the e-mail confirmation is not enough and does not count as a proof of purchase. If you do not include all the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods maybe delayed or not be completed. Maurice Robinson Sports will only refund the postage of the item back to you if we have made a mistake with your order. We will not be able to refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
If you have cause to return a racket to us, we will only refund or replace the racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. There must be no ball fluff or wear to the strings, no chips or scratches to the paintwork and the plastic must be still around the handle.
We are unable to give a refund on all rackets that have been restrung to your specification, or customised in any way.
The Return of Trainers/Shoes
We will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they have not been played in, used outside or have any other mark caused by the customer. Shoes should be tried on before throwing the box away as we will need the box if you would like a refund or a replacement.
We will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn this does not include trying on for size, washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us.
Returning items to us Maurice Robinson Sports recommends that you send all items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. Maurice Robinson Sports will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
If you believe that you have been sent the incorrect item, please first call us on 0121 444 3021. If we agree to credit your postage, you will also need to enclose a receipt for your postage so that we can refund you, failure to produce a valid receipt for the postage may result in us not refunding the full amount to you. If you do not call to have your postage refund authorised then the postage charge may not be credited.
When placing an order for a restring make sure you have read our restring check-list.
If you send a racket with a crack in the frame we will not be able to restring it and you will have to pay £6.99 for if you want us to send it back.
All our restrings are done to the recommended tension and stringing pattern. If you would like your racket done differently please let us know by writing your requirements on a piece of paper and including them with the racket.
Your racket may need more grommets, if it does we will contact you before changing them as it will need a surcharge.
Applying for a demo day does not guarantee we will come to your club. Not all locations can be catered for, and not all dates maybe available. After submitting a demo day application we will try to contact you and let you know whether we can come to your club. Due to the high volumes of requests for demo days we may not be able to get back to you to let you know your application has been declined.
